Let's face it, bios usually stink to read (and are a real pain to write). Here are a few options to tell you a little bit more about me - no matter how much time you have. Feel free to cut and paste these as needed, or contact me if you'd like a more customized version!
One-Line Bio (updated Feb/2012): Rohit Bhargava is a marketing expert focused on helping to bring more humanity back to business. He is the best selling author of Personality Not Included and upcoming book LIKEONOMICS (May 2012), a founding member of the world's largest team of social media strategists at Ogilvy and Professor of Global Marketing at Georgetown University. [Note: If you are using any of these bios online, please keep the links]
BEST CHOICE: 180-ish Word "But Who Really Cares About Word Count" Bio With Personality (updated Feb/2012):
Rohit Bhargava is a marketing expert and leading voice on how to bring more humanity back to business through social media and storytelling. Rohit is a founding member of the world's largest team of social media strategists at Ogilvy, and is currently a member of the Global Strategy & Planning group at Ogilvy. He has written nearly 1000 pieces of marketing advice on his personal blog Influential Marketing (including first introducing the idea of Social Media Optimization - SMO) and still wishes he had more time to blog! Rohit is the best selling author of Personality Not Included, an actually useful (gasp!) book about how to effectively build a brand personality which has been translated into 9 languages. His writing and ideas have been featured in media globally including Fast Company, Inc, PRWeek (UK), MarketingChina, New York Times and other suitably impressive places. He teaches marketing at Georgetown University and is a frequent "non-obvious" keynote speaker at business events like the World Communication Forum in Davos and TEDx on topics such as creativity, storytelling, business trends, social media, and why marketing is no longer like feeding a baby. Rohit's second book called LIKEONOMICS will be published globally in May of 2012.
"Almost 100 But Actually 107" Word Short Bio (updated Feb/2012): Rohit Bhargava is a marketing expert focused on how to bring more humanity back to business. His award winning Influential Marketing blog and other writings have been featured in media globally including Fast Company, Inc, The Guardian (UK), MarketingChina, and New York Times. He teaches marketing at Georgetown University and is a frequent "non-obvious" keynote speaker on business topics around the world. Despite having shared nearly 1000 original pieces of marketing thinking, he still wishes he had more time to blog! Rohit is the best selling author of Personality Not Included (McGraw-Hill), a book about how to effectively build a brand personality which has been translated into 9 languages. His writing and ideas have been featured in media globally including Fast Company, Inc, The Guardian (UK), MarketingChina and the New York Times.
His second book called LIKEONOMICS is all about how to communicate in a more believable way and will be published globally in May of 2012. In the past two years, he has spoken in Oslo, Beijing, Brussels, San Francisco, New York, London, Johannesburg, Paris and Toronto.
He is also a frequent seminar and workshop leader (ie - facilitating rather than speaking) for some of the world's largest brands including SABMiller, Intel, SAP, and Novartis. Other causes he actively supports either as a marketing consultant or advisor include those supporting youth entrepreneurship, women in business and teachers/education.
Rohit holds dual citizenship with Australia and the US, and currently lives in Washington DC with his wife and two young sons, Rohan and Jaiden.

We do not at all times get our hopes and dreams, and we never generally get our very own way. There's an interesting gendering to that commercial, too. Men as soldiers, women as child care providers or as children. The latter is where the game language comes in.

Of course, there's also a question as to whether or not the different groups in Nokia are actually working together effectively, and actually delivering a cohesive ecosystem of devices, software, and entertainment content delivery. The ability to execute always matters, too.
